If you are looking to surround yourself with a good manager and/or team (by team i mean agencies, promoters, development and training people etc.) there are alot of things you should know.

Information Is King

#1 What will that manager do for you each week, month, day and year and you need this in detail, you want to know what they will do for your overall career.

#2 What opportunities will be brought to you.

#3 What's ways do they plan to get exposure for your career.
AND TELL THEM THAT YOU NEED THEM TO PUT THIS IN WRITING,  No exceptions
cause remember whatever they say they will do to benefit your career, then that is exactly what they need to do while also backing it up with paperwork.
